Hands down the worst dispensary in all of Chicago. Their prices are sky high for low percentage flower. The lines always ridiculously long. More often than not only one or two employees working the counter and letting customers stand at the counter for 10-15 minutes. Know what you’re getting before entering the line. Management does nothing to help the flow of business. The 3 times I’ve gotten different pre rolls there always an issue with how it smokes. Overall the budtenders are marginally nice just enough to not be considered rude. Nice building and display area but that’s about it. Do yourself a favor and check out the many other dispensaries around better to take the walk or drive. Prices are better and quality and service is much better than here. – Jon Shey
this place is SKETCHY. after experiencing a couple of issues in-store, i tried calling both of their phone numbers at least 10 times and at different times of day. no answer, no opportunity to leave a message, no call back. i also emailed them 2 weeks ago and never got a reply. when i left a 3-star review for my in-store checkout experience, i got a "service is incredibly important to us! would you mind sharing your experience?" text, to which i replied in detail, and once again never heard back!!!!! it doesn't seem that customer service is such a big priority, after all 🤔 also, the prices are outrageous. you can find much better service, prices, and ethics at other dispensaries in Chicago. AVOID! (p.s. i'm pretty sure a lot of these reviews are fake :O the oldest ones are all from before the store even opened & come from users whose other reviews are all located in places like Tunisia, lol.) – Vic

The receptionist at the entrance. It was super welcoming and very knowledgeable! She recommended me somethings; and I must say, I am glad she was my first encounter. She told me about the discount for first time clients, which was very helpful. She smiled the whole entire time.
