One of the BEST establishments across the state of Illinois. Let me tell a story of why I rate Cloud9 Cannabis 5 stars – today (I been here many times since they’ve opened.) I have never had a bad experience here as I’ve been stopping by as needed and as it’s new so I definitely know it will embrace its incredible potential. I look forward to some more deals and selection and a better online interface because the only thing I do not like about this dispensary is it’s outdated, glitched out, data collecting, sometimes it don’t even work (online system) – please improve that friends. With that said I still rate this 5 because Today: I walked in and was greeted by good homie upfront, Lee, who ensured I had a seamless experience from start to finish. Good man! 5 star experience. Then I went to pick up my order, where Nava helped me and he is the reason I’m writing this review because he was the BEST man behind the counter thus far at any single dispensary across the USA (yes the entire nation.) with the most seamless experience, professional, with a true authentic friendliness. Good man! 5 star experience With that said, I only utilize this medicine for an injury when it flares up and then I go months without any medicine however in the winter with the temp changes this medicine is effective for me. Thus always consult your doctor because this is my Google review: I appreciate little things like this so much so I will support this new local establishment as long as the same experience (with few online upgrades are made because rn it doesn’t track ANY rewards purchases on the website however the in store experience made up for it.)
