I frequent hear weekly not to divulge my habits but I love this store. I get rosins and flour consistently, and they are consistently good. I do have select brands. I prefer to purchase over other options. They have at the store on top of the product availability. The staff is exceptional at every aspect today. I was blessed with interacting with Jordan. And Emily, to help me resolve my issue today. They both went above and beyond to make sure I left with satisfactory results.Explained everything within depth.It made me feel confident in my choices. This dispensary has always had the most helpful, & friendliest staff. Revolution has a great selection of products & when they have a sale – watch out you will actually save money! Updated review from my last visit on Sunday 11/30: After my initial review on Google, I noticed a marked change in how management interacted with me. Instead of feeling welcomed as a regular customer who has spent thousands of dollars in their store, I was met with what felt like scrutiny regarding my food drive donations. It was disheartening to see the manager eyeing my contributions as if they were being judged for their value rather than being appreciated for their purpose. ( I have donated some items they are of more value than others and vice versa) On my last visit, I noticed that after I brought in my donations the donation signs had been abruptly taken down, which felt like a clear message that my efforts to support the community were being unwelcome. I find it bizarre that a simple act of kindness has turned into a source of tension. I believe in supporting local businesses and contributing to the community, but I also believe that customers should feel valued and appreciated, especially when they are making an effort to give back. I hope that management can reflect on this situation and remember the importance of community spirit and customer relations. I would love to continue supporting your store (plenty more in the area) and its initiatives without feeling undervalued or unwelcome. Thank you. Unprofessional services. For example, I donated 3 non-perishable items for $10 off per day. I brought in 12 cans and asked to have $10 added on my account for my next service. The staff looked at me like I asked for a million bucks! The girl in the front said she first had to check if my cans were expired, which was really awkward, I wouldn't donate expired goods I was just trying to give back to the community and simply asked for another $10 off for the next time since I brought them all in together.
