Happy that there is a privately owned store instead of corporate ones that do not care about the customer or the service. I like the fact that it's a neighborhood store with a personal touch. You are not a client, you feel like an old buddy. Everyone is always friendly and nice. Never a line and it's right by Jewel, and they got snacks!!!!! I love the variety of smoke. Perfect for my needs. Always find a little of that and a bit of this :-) Never had to switch or they ran out or the system made a mistake. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Okay Dispensary in Evanston absolutely earned this five-star review. I stopped in around 1pm on 12/15/25 and walked in with an issue that—let’s be honest—was entirely my own doing. Instead of judgment or impatience, I was met with calm competence and real kindness. The manager and the employee on duty were straight-up rock stars. They listened, explained everything clearly, and helped me work through the situation with professionalism and reassurance. No ego, no pressure—just people doing their jobs well and treating a customer like a human being. Mistakes happen. How a business responds to them is what counts. These folks nailed it.
