Rise, Orange delivers that "you are important" feeling that I look for in shopping. I can get similar products for similar prices at any dispensary, but Rise in Orange always makes me feel as though I am their most important customer of the day! All staff members are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Shout out to Liz, who has helped me with my last few orders and was able to answer any questions that I had! GTI recently shipped one of their newest products to Rise. The Rhythm solventless vape cart. It delivers a crisp, clean hit that is not at all harsh. It tastes more like the product it was made from. Also, it's pretty to look at, with the white porcelain heating element highlighting the beautiful, golden color of the oil. I highly recommend giving them a try! – Lisa Belko

I’ve been a loyal daily customer at Rise Dispensary in Orange, spending hundreds, if not thousands, monthly. I prefer placing pre-orders from my car before going in because I don’t want to use that bacteria filled tablet that everyone swipes with dirty hands. There’s no rule against this, yet some employees have complained it makes them “work harder.”… on top of that when you place your order, you get an immediate text stating that the order is ready to pickup. Most recently, an employee (don't know her name..it's a skinny lady with curly hair,pale skin, and piercings on her face) gave me a nasty attitude and bad energy just because I placed my orders this way…then weeks before I was told that the workers in the back "probably hate me" because of the way I order … it's unacceptable that a CONSUMER that's spending so much money gets confronted with such petty complaints from LAZY workers. There is NO policy, there is NO rule stating that you cannot order in your car before heading into the store. if it's such a problem, maybe the owners should put a sign in the front stating that "if you place your order in your car, you have to wait a certain amount of time because if not, the employees in the back will have to work sooo much harder" also, have to say that your employee Dallas and Manny are amazing. They have incredible energy and make everyone feel so welcomed. There are a few employees that are amazing.. and then there's others that CLEARLY hate their job. Don't smile,don't say hi, they treat you like a robot. Very Unfortunate for the owners. Because of this ongoing attitude, I’ll be taking my business to Affinity in New Haven. – Santiago
