I’ve been going to ZenLeaf in Norwich for quite some time now, and never once have I been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Budtenders such as Malachi, Destinnie & Elianna just to name a few. I’ve been to other dispensaries, but Zen Leaf has the best points program, The cabbage club. They also give promo codes which other places don’t seem to do. I love ZenLeaf and all of its employees. My only complaint would be you need more parking ☺️ – Tracy
I want to recognize Desiree for her professionalism in handling a difficult customer. Despite being wrongly accused during checkout, she remained calm, clearly explained the situation, and appropriately involved her manager to resolve the issue. She maintained composure throughout, and her patience and professionalism truly deserve recognition. – Edward
Thalia is always very friendly when I come in. She is very knowledgeable. She always makes sure the order is correct and answers any questions about anything anytime I ask. Now she even recognizes me and is ahead of the game as I am walking in she is usually headed to take care of me instantly. Which saves a ton of time. – David Lemire
