They took the time to answer all my questions, made great recommendations, and were so sweet and welcoming throughout the whole visit. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at 420Dank. Not only does the business appear to engage in false advertising, but the customer service was also unacceptable. The products and services I received did not match what was advertised, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. To make matters worse, several employees were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when I attempted to address my concerns. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, I felt like my concerns were ignored and treated as an inconvenience. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respectful service. Unfortunately, my experience with 420Dank fell far short of those expectations. I would not recommend this business based on my experience and hope management takes steps to improve both its advertising practices and employee conduct. – Karly Booth

The only reason I gave it two stars is cause the man at the entrance was kind and welcoming, but I was completely lied to and deceived. I called anhead of time to check in with some deals and first timer discounts, and was told the store is 50% off for first timers. No other information. Every price on their website is wrong apparently, cause the order I placed online, ended up being a completely different total in store. I decided to still shop cause the store was “ 50% off for first timers “. Come to find out it was actually not, the budtender told me it was just the deli that was 50% off and I bit my tounge and continued to shop deli. I get my receipt back and was wondering why the price was the way it was. Then he told me it actually wasn’t ALL the deli that’s 50% off- just some of it? I’m not sure but I’ve literally never felt more deceived walking into a dispensary. I would’ve absolutely spent good money in there with them today, I came in with a 400 dollar budget and ended up leaving with 1 preroll cause nobody was even trying to accommodate or apologize for the inconveniences.
