The Cake House Ann Arbor Cannabis Dispensary

First and last time visiting! They are not aware of their current online pricing, which doesn’t match what they have there in store. Online, my order came to $123 including all taxes. As a first time customer they say you get 42% off which my total should’ve been $71.34. I call ahead and they say $95. So when I pull up, I’m trying to sort the situation out and explain to them something is wrong. I show my online receipt and the amounts I was quoted. The guy stood firm on him being correct when in fat he was wrong! If the online system has one pricing, you have to honor that! So on his end. My total was $167! Almost an extra $44 extra than what I was quoted. As you can see by the photos, the online process are quoted before even logging in so these are the current listed prices without any discount. Which the guy said the online prices will not show the total after the discount. So I’m confused as to why he wouldn’t honor it. I’m going to get my money so they better figure out how to credit me my $24. – Joann Ransom

Stopped in, as I was in the area for work. Was sold 5/35 Mac Pharms cartridges. Admittedly, I do not inspect the items I'm given as I believe it is on the proprietor to ensure they are selling quality items. All 5 of these carts have had the terpenes or something settle on the bottom of the cart, into the coils. These are all 5 bunk and unable & UNSAFE to use. I am not driving 1hr each way to let you rectify your shady practices of moving faulty stock under the guise of a sale. Bad business, never going back. Never bought carts like this in the 8 years of being a part of the medical program. – Marcus Dickson

I’ve been a customer at The Cake House since the grand opening and have made it a point to visit this location weekly and spend my hard-earned money here. Unfortunately, my last two experiences have been extremely disappointing when it comes to customer service, especially at the front desk. The past couple of visits, the ATMs have not been working. Instead of receiving assistance or solutions, I was met with rude responses. During one visit, I was simply told I needed to throw my trash away myself. At that point, I left and chose to spend my money at another dispensary nearby that offered better customer service and a working ATM. Thinking it may have just been an isolated experience, I returned again a week later. The ATMs were still not working, and another customer was also struggling to use them. I decided to continue my purchase using the cash I had and removed a few items from my order. While checking in, I briefly placed trash on the table because I didn’t see a nearby trash can and was immediately told that my trash would not be thrown away for me. A simple solution would be placing a trash can near the non-working ATMs if staff do not want customers asking for assistance. The rude and dismissive attitude is completely avoidable, especially in Michigan where dispensaries are everywhere and customers have plenty of options. At this point, I would rather drive farther and spend my money elsewhere than continue supporting a location with consistently poor customer service. – Angie Boston

The staff actually take the time to talk with you, answer questions, and make sure you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for. No rush, no pressure, just genuinely good people who know their stuff. Their selection is seriously impressive too. Whether you’re looking for top-shelf flower, edibles, concentrates, or something new to try, they’ve got it. And the prices? Honestly some of the best I’ve seen around here for the quality you’re getting. It’s rare to find a place that nails all three: customer service, variety, and value. Cake House does it effortlessly.
