My First Trip to Skymint: A Great Experience Overall I recently had the pleasure of visiting Skymint in Ann Arbor, and I was very impressed! The shop has a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere, with a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bit of a hiccup when I forgot my ID, but Cassandra went above and beyond to help me out, and I truly appreciate her assistance. Asked for 15 N. cartridges because of the special price when you buy 15. Got to my destination one hour away and saw that I was only received 13 cartridges. Not the end of the world, but it caused me to get billed at a higher amount and I should’ve been billed. I figured I paid an extra $11 or so for the 13 cartridges. I called the store and spoke Jaylen Who said he put a note in my file and they would make it right next time I’m in the store. The guy who took care of me was very friendly and knowledgeable just miscounted. – John Murray
