I would give zero if a could. I am disabled and ordered delivery for the first time from them. The flower was either moldy or had mites, I recognized it from trimming. I called immediately because this is a health hazard. They said they would call me back because they don't do returns for people not in store. They haven't called. Another delivery of a random strain I didn't get a choice in was sent to me without a word. I'm disappointed and no longer trust the management or their product. Ice Kush at least should be avoided there, if they did not pull the product upon my report. I have pictures. – Jeanette Ganz

Stopped in the other day and it was incredibly hot. It was clear that they either did not have A/C or did not have it running (during an awful heatwave). Incredibly cruel to the staff who have to work in the building all day! – Morgan Williams
