I've liked this place in the past, but today was very disappointing. I placed an order online this morning, said it would be a long wait but thats fine. By 8:30 I start getting nervous about it because I haven't heard anything. I had tried calling but the phones just kept ringing and nobody picked up, so I figured that they were maybe busy. I decided to go up anyways bc they close soon and I want my order, I waited all day for it. They were closed due to internet issues, which im trying to be understanding about, but its super frustrating bc how was I supposed to have know? If I had known my order couldn't be fulfilled I could have gone somewhere else, but now its too late, so I'm just gonna go somewhere else tomorrow. Started going to this store since Butter dispensary across the street closed. The service was always lacking in terms of communication. The staff usually mumbles very quietly making it very hard to hear to what they are saying. They have also never had any knowledge or information on the product they are selling. My last straw was this past week when they shorted me 7 grams on my purchase of an ounce. I even pointed out to the employee that the amount was short and they insisted it was correct. I won't be shopping here again and I hope my review points you to another dispensary that is not crooked. – Austin
