The Clinic absolutely made my Black Friday. I walked in expecting a normal sale, and they completely blew me away with the deals and a whole bag of free goodies. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help me find exactly what I needed. You can tell they truly value their customers — the energy, the service, the generosity… everything was on point. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but The Clinic just set the bar way higher. I initially had an issue with price differences between the website and in-store, but when I returned, the staff went above and beyond to correct it. I was treated poorly because I came in a half an hour before they closed the guy was extremely rude he shook his head instead of answering me and then when I asked him again he said I shook my head didn't you see me. I didn't see him I wasn't looking at him when I asked him so I had no idea but I also didn't deserve his rudeness I was not rude to him I was very kind and the only reason he was mad mad at me was because I came in a half an hour before they closed if you don't want to work somewhere where you have to work up to the point where you are closed then don't work there but don't take it out on your customers either this guy should not be working in customer service. I don't remember what his name is but he has a black spot on his nail from getting hit with something. – Samantha Brannon
