First impression is everything to me and it only takes one employee to make the business lose money. Today would have been my first time shopping here but the employee working was too busy to even acknowledge my existence. After walking in I noticed the employee helping a customer, so I waited patiently and walked around browsing. After browsing, I stood and waited. There was no acknowledgement whatsoever. No "welcome in", "be with you shortly", "hello", nothing. To me that's that's basic customer service, and I don't play bout energy and where I spend my money. I eventually left. I took the vibes as my indicator to just wait for my normal dispensary to get power back in their building. I just wanted to smoke fr 😅 – Rn Oz

Joyology is THAT place! Every time I walk in, the vibe is chill, the staff is on point, and the customer service is next-level. They actually know their products and don’t rush you—they help you find exactly what you need. Prices are solid, deals are 🔥, and the place is super clean and organized. Dirty blonde hair budtender with white glasses is incredibly rude. Likes to make comments under her breath about the money you have and has a nasty attitude when serving customers. Do better! Won’t be shopping at the sherwood location anymore. – Taitum Gonzalez

Im not a big dispensary guy , thought i would give them a shot. Boy they didnt disappoint! very good i told the tender what I like she picked 2 different strains and they were 🔥. I'll definitely be back – Nick Hyatt

Im a big fan of this location, I've been to a few other joys but I like this one best. Everyone is always pleasant and polite, Randy was great he helped me out with some rosin and a few other goodies. Great place id highly recommend i shop there just about every week. – Shelley King
