Didn’t get to even place an order tried to get help over the phone and the guy was really short told me he cannot help me he really busy. Not a good look for first time customer. So i will find another location to take my money. Liv never does that they will help u with order make sure u get bang for ya buck and i was hoping for same type of svc. I wanted to like this place, as reviews I read were good. Unfortunately after looking at several different types of flower, and expressing specifically what I was looking for, I went with a heavy citrus/lemon smelling one that the budtender recommended and claimed tasted exactly as it smelled, but when I got home and tried it, it tasted like old flower and just was not a good flavor at all (no citrus, just a burnt ashy flavor). With the amount of time I spent there looking at my options and being vocal about what I was looking for, I feel like I was basically lied to so dude could make a sale, and it sucks that the mistake has me stuck having to basically throw $60 in the garbage. Exhausted with budtenders giving me the runaround, and I really wish my experience here was different. – Jennifer Rose
Alana, Hope, Alexis and the team stayed late helping us tonight – over ten minutes after close answering our questions and helping us readjust our carts about 10 times. They were so patient and kind with us as indecisive out of staters. We will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.
