You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take the time to help you find exactly what you need. Special shoutout to Halley and Jenasis for going above and beyond and showing extra love with some merch — that really made my day. I had an amazing experience at Certified on Silver Drive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed… the smell was great, the music was good, and the energy was positive. The woman at the front desk was warm, friendly, and welcoming, with a great sense of humor that instantly made me feel comfortable. Even with her mask on, you could feel her smile. She helped me sign up for rewards and made my first visit easy and enjoyable. The rest of the staff was just as amazing … friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help. Cannabis Carol assisted me with my order and was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what I was looking for. She even suggested something better than what I originally came in for, and I’m so glad I trusted her recommendation. I left happy and spent less than expected. Went here and was helped by Cooper. He was super informative and helped us find exactly what we needed! He knew about all of the different terpenes and suggested the perfect strand for our issues and made us feel informed while providing some of the best customer service we've ever had!
