Calling in to ask a question is a nightmare. Instead of compartmentalization via number dial for more information, they just throw all of it at you to cover their bases in case you were wondering. The problem is, I wasn’t and the voice reading all the info takes like half a century to finish. So, imagine you mess up your menu selection now and have to restart it over again. Like I said, nightmare. So much info given to me that I wasn’t interested in and wasted my time. Let the customer ask for it by dialing some number so they don’t have to listen to a whole schpeal before they can reach what they are looking for… – Eshan Bhatt
