We really enjoyed visiting Trulieve in Cincinnati. We ordered online from a very wide variety of flower and cartridges. We were going to use the drive thru but then decided to go in since it was new to our area. The employees were very welcoming and knowledgeable about all their favorite products and filled with suggestions. We were educated well. Thank you Trulieve for a fantastic experience. Tried this place out this morning and they are awesome. So I made my bag and ordered they offer to pay then if you like or pay at the store. Not knowing if I was going to make it i chose to pay there. In fact I didn't make it. The next morning I was there 15 mins after opening and greeted. I told the woman about my order and that I might need to change it, the items I wanted were not on sale any more.😕 she said well if you put it in when the sale was goin on you probably got the deal… I did… saved a lot. I’m disappointed with my experience. I was told I would earn reward points for every dollar spent, but after roughly $1,000 in purchases over the past three months, no points have been credited. My account was set up in-store with staff assistance, yet now it seems they won’t honor or validate the rewards program as explained. I expected better transparency and follow-through. – Edward Fernandez
