9/10 — Great vibe, great deals, would recommend Stopped into The Garden's Camp Washington location while in town for a few days and had a really solid experience. Walked in to a short line, handed my ID to the receptionist, and she had me checked in and a profile created in no time – quick and painless. From there they pointed me to the self-serve tablets, which work just like the website, so I could browse all the products, pricing, and deals at my own pace and figure out exactly what I wanted before talking to anyone. Budtender Scott took care of me and was friendly, easygoing, and helpful – the whole crew had a good energy going, laughing and joking around with customers. I grabbed a 5-pack of Dog Walker joints and some edibles that were on sale and walked out for under $30. Hard to beat that for quality and value, especially if you're just looking for an easy, inexpensive way to enjoy yourself. Couple small notes: the surrounding area is a little rough around the edges, but that's pretty standard for downtown after dark and nothing that took away from the visit. They also don't have a public restroom, though plenty of downtown spots don't either. Overall a great experience – friendly staff, smooth process, and good prices. Ask for Scott. Love coming here. It’s always a vibe when you walk in with their music. Cici is always great and friendly when I come in. Today I went through the drive-thru and Lindon helped me out. DON’T GO HERE, UNLESS you have 30-50min to spend idling or standing, are prepared to be approached by beggars in the parking lot, with no security in sight, then to get to the window with cash, ID and online order all set and turned away because the clock literally just hit 11pm, while you waited for them to take 9min per 8 cars ahead. Boggles the mind. Either they arbitrarily let some non-orders in and let folks hold up the line that long, or the staff is just so slow, like beyond belief. I would give them benefit of the doubt and say it’s some software or process, but if you shop in store you see it first-hand (drive thru was so tinted you can’t see squat, neither your product, cash nor ID). There are always twice the number of staff standing around doing absolutely nothing the entire 30min you’ll be waiting, versus the 2-3 actual working budtenders. All of them just chat about every aspect of their lives and literally walk around in circles constantly. You could have an online order, have exact payment and ID ready promptly, no line and it’ll still take 7-10min. It should take about 90 seconds even with all the legally required lines/steps. You do have a few tenders who can manage it 1 out of 10 times, like every other dispensary does every time. But for months now The Garden has been cool with undertraining, underpaying, and understaffing because these are the only ways you get such a choreographed transaction to be sooo SLOW. Taking my business elsewhere and I’m sure a dozen other people say the same daily as they leave the nonmoving lines or get refused service because you guys lie about inventory or take 120sec from scanning ID to reading the order. Speed it all up, make your signs better, treat the crew better, and try not to lose any more of your already slipping price advantage. I’m done with The Garden for at least a year, we have so many better consistent sellers in the area now. None of what I’m saying should be at all a surprise to management, yall need to do much better asap. – C

Ive been to a few different dispensaries around Cincinnati and the garden is hands down the best one! It smells good and is clean when you walk in. The process is so easy and they walk you through it if you're new like I was. The people working are so helpful and friendly. Scott helped me find what I needed and was so fast and made sure I knew everything I could before I left. They promoted great deals and I probably won't go anywhere else in the future. Decided to make a stop at this shop while traveling down state. Sunni was wonderful! I am not too knowledgeable on many products but Sunni was very welcoming & approachable. I felt totally comfortable asking the questions I needed before making a purchase. She made me feel confident in my purchase and I am definitely telling any friends & family to go look for her!
