Right now (3/25/26) on their menu LOCAL GROWN on sale $10+tax for a 2.83 package. THEIR HOUSE BRAND IS LOCAL GROWN, IT'S DECENT, IT'S LEGIT AND CHEAP, it's small buds and I love it, right now for a 2.83(1/10) package is $14+tax!!! Had a little issue with the security guard today(11-8-25) trying to denying me access into the dispensary with my service dog to pick up my medication, this is my second visit, I had no issues on my first visit with the security guards that were on duty, shoot we chatted and joked for a few before I went and checked in to go into the back, the atmosphere had that good vibe. The security guard today did not ask me the only two 2 questions allowed by the ADA, which are 1)"Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?" 2)"What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?" The security guard did not ask me either or question just straight up denied my access into the dispensary, even after I mentioned service dog, PTSD, still refuse after leaving me stand at the door to go talk to whoever and come back and still refuse, I asked him why am I being denied, he couldn't or should I say wouldn't answer me, he was hostile, rude, unprofessional and shut the door on my face with no answer. At this point I'm ready to say screw it leave my order and never return to this dispensary and give them a bad review and yet I did not and I called in side and talked to whoever and I was allowed access, once inside I spoke with the manager face to face and she's put my dog's name on my profile so we don't have another hiccup like this in the future and I did mention to her that I do appreciate them trying to comply with ADA and cracking down on not allowing emotional support and or pets in the dispensary, for everyone's safety. Once I calm down, I didn't feel rushed, had to chat with Nick who was my budtender, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I'm not going to let this one hiccup keep me from coming to Pure Ohio Wellness Dispensary, I LOVE their product and I'm so glad they're in my neighborhood!!! You got to see the awesome art mural in the dispensary, it's pretty sweet and don't think I've seen a mural like that at any other dispensary!!! – Haven N Hope Brogan

I recently visited this dispensary for the first time and had an all around amazing experience! Easy check in and received amazing service from every employee there today! Estrella was very welcoming at the front desk. Definitely would recommend this place to others, there were lots of fantastic options to choose from. – Nate Pollock

I have shopped this dispensary half a dozen times or so. The check-in process has always been quick. The wait time once I was in the counter area has also been fast. All the employees have been friendly. Their selection and pricing on flower is usually crazy good. – Bobby Jackson
