I usually go to another dispensary, but I moved so I decided to try this one out. The first time I went, it was great. Friendly people. Very nice. Tonight when I went the staff were amazing, however your old man security guard was awful. I couldn’t believe how rude this man was. Just pure grouch. The woman at the reception desk could sense his incivility and spoke over him to me in such a sweet manner. Not sure if he just hated working there or what. Even when another customer and myself left, he looked up quickly from his phone and then back down, didn’t say bye, hold the door for us, nothing. I don’t know… maybe I’m used to kindness in other dispensaries, especially from the security. Life is tough, it’s not hard to be cordial. – MyNite Lites
The employee that helped me out was really sweet and very helpful knowledgeable about all the products that they had. Viola helped me pick out exactly want I needed. I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly and I do apologize. I will definitely only going to this location from now. Plus they amazing deals on all there products. You get in & out really fast. No waiting in long lines. I would highly recommend going to this specific location. The wait times are usually short, most of the staff are very friendly. Usually no problems with product but occasional manufacturer mishaps occur which staff can assist you with as long as you keep your receipts. I found Kara to be very nice, helpful, and insightful when I had questions. They didn’t judge my lack of knowledge, and were very patient as they assisted me and tried to get me the best deal and recommendations possible.
