She’s incredibly friendly and personable, taking the time to chat about my preferences and needs without ever making it feel rushed or salesy. Kaitlynn’s knowledge of the products is top-notch. She recommended some spot-on options that exceeded my expectations, and her approachable vibe turned what could have been a quick transaction into a truly enjoyable interaction. They took the time to answer all my questions and made great recommendations based on what I was looking for instead of just trying to upsell products. The selection is amazing — tons of high-quality flower, edibles, concentrates, and vapes, all clearly labeled and well organized. Everything looked fresh and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been to. The vibe inside the shop is clean, modern, and relaxed, which made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Check-in was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I come here OFTEN and would usually order for delivery but recently started doing curbside pickup once it was available. The system for curbside pickup really needs to be better. You check in online through a chat where they ask you for all your info including what parking space and vehicle you’re in (like generic automated chat messages) then it send the chat to the store you’re picking up from. Half the time I get an associate that will ask ALL the same questions again through chat making the check in process so much longer. Today check in was a breeze, but I waited a whole 20minutes for someone to come out. I called after 15minutes, waited for someone to answer for 5, finally got someone on the phone and they sent someone out shortly afterwards. This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait, typically I wait 10minutes. But 20?!! I was in that parking lot for a total of 25minutes which seems crazy for something that’s supposed to be quick and easy. Something needs to change, the system needs to be better! – RaeAnna Riley

What a lovely store, especially for those of us who have tried prescriptions from our doctors, but these types of medications made us sick. This type of store has solutions for messed up shoulders, neck pain, back pain, and sleep assistance… it's a blessing! The staff are so knowledgeable and kind and patient with your questions.. they go out of their way to help. Chris helped me on this visit and he was a total sweetheart and professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this store for those who are seeking alternatives to pharmaceutical medications that might not work for you or make you sick. God created these herbs for reason and I'm glad that society has finally realized that they're a huge help for people who are in pain or ill.🙏✌️ I visited this wonderful store again and this time Shelby waited on me,and she was a delight! She smiled at me as I walked up to the counter and made me feel so welcome and was genuinely kind professional and helpful. If I had a store I'd want her working for me!
