Trulieve Baseline Dispensary

Got a BOGO deal on entire store. Fast service. Great product line up with fresh harvest dates. Some dispos only have sales bc they have old products etc. They had top shelf and top of the line for a great price. Trulieve always delivers. – Tyler W

I don’t understand how the manager is chill but the employees have zero integrity for customer service. They seem to hate their jobs as if bud tending or checking people in is rocket science. Low energy and low enthusiastic engagements, I was also annoyed by their low value December members stamp card, it was just as good as a regular day with 50% off. On top of that everyone in the store gave a different answer of how the card is applicable and instead of being honest and say “I don’t know” they make up a dumb reply to get you out the way. One employee even had a Condescending tone to my question. Twice in December I’ve driven over 20 miles to make it before 1am close only for the store to be closed before 12am more than once. Multiple times I’ve placed online orders and aren’t ready to be picked up even after an hour or two or placing the order ahead of time. Apparently, the product I ordered today was out of stock and I was told to go to the back room and waiting in line to be serviced, which I was in a rush is the reason I placed in an online order. I think overall, I’m just rubbed the wrong way by their terrible customer service, I truly believe they should just hire a new team of enthusiastic and halfway decent people to run the store. The girl with glasses and long hair should not be operating anything up front. She should be a trimmer who doesn’t interact with customers. I am going to give them one more try before I take my business somewhere else, which I do not want to do, but I cannot deal with another year of this – Jay Valenzuela

Loved the place as i was walking in i got attended by the staff and Jovi was amazing and made my visit a great experience. She was very informative, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. Her customer service was HONESTLY top-tier and she truly represents the business well. Employees like Jovi are the reason customers feel comfortable coming back, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the service she provided. Just an overall great place and experience. This place is awesome! I love the staff they are so laid back and informative. Everyone always seems to be having a good time and they always include you in their conversations. It always feels like I'm visiting friends when I'm picking up an online order. I just found out they're open till 1:00 a.m. and I couldn't be more grateful for that! – Brow Bruja

Worst customer service I ever experienced and the worst part is that it’s my second time I guess the employees do not like to do their job and the only reason why I chose to came here it’s because the first time I came in the lady who helped me was really nice and answered all my questions since it was the first time shopping at Trulieve that’s why I chose to came here for my second time I had liked the customer service form the other team but unfortunately they choose who to help I walked in the reception was empty there was no one at the front desk that after 7 minutes a lady came out didn’t even say hello or anything and I asked if they were able to take a 20 dl bill that ripped on accident on the moment on taking it out of my pocket which the lady answered yes but we won’t tape for you not I said okay maybe she is having a bad day I let that slide and walk it to shop me and my boyfriend had asked a question and the guy replied sorry but if you want help you will have to wait till I’m done with him he said he can’t have conversations with other customers wile doing a sale not a minute after this 2 customers walk in and he was laughing and talking to them wile doing a sale and also ignored when my boyfriend ask if they have cookies wile doing my boyfriends sale poor customer service I definitely won’t come back there was also a different customer stating that they had took more money and the rep replied it was an error and as soon as the customer left they were making fun of him and said all we get it’s crazy customer I personally have experience with customer service I’m a retail agent and I know how to treat customers but definitely being professional and kind it’s not their thing – Zulim Mendivil
