Friday night and around 1030 and only had 2 people working the counter initially. Waited for about 30 minutes. Was "BOGO for everything in the store. Got two 1/8s and a pack of mini prerolls…. the total was $97. $50 per 1/8 for Donnie Burger is insane. I knew there was a reason I always waited in line at the mint. I think I'd rather scrape my bong and wait for something else to open. Its a shame they dont compete with the other dispensaries because they are 24 hours. The last time I spend any money here. The one positive was the employee that served us. He was very apologetic for the wait time. – Jayson McDonald

I don’t understand how the manager is chill but the employees have zero integrity for customer service. They seem to hate their jobs as if bud tending or checking people in is rocket science. Low energy and low enthusiastic engagements, I was also annoyed by their low value December members stamp card, it was just as good as a regular day with 50% off. On top of that everyone in the store gave a different answer of how the card is applicable and instead of being honest and say “I don’t know” they make up a dumb reply to get you out the way. One employee even had a Condescending tone to my question. Twice in December I’ve driven over 20 miles to make it before 1am close only for the store to be closed before 12am more than once. Multiple times I’ve placed online orders and aren’t ready to be picked up even after an hour or two or placing the order ahead of time. Apparently, the product I ordered today was out of stock and I was told to go to the back room and waiting in line to be serviced, which I was in a rush is the reason I placed in an online order. I think overall, I’m just rubbed the wrong way by their terrible customer service, I truly believe they should just hire a new team of enthusiastic and halfway decent people to run the store. The girl with glasses and long hair should not be operating anything up front. She should be a trimmer who doesn’t interact with customers. I am going to give them one more try before I take my business somewhere else, which I do not want to do, but I cannot deal with another year of this – Jay Valenzuela

It’s 11:27pm 1/6/2026 just came out and the two ladies working in there refused to give me their names because one was being rude and unprofessional. She literally threw my id at me because I told here not to make a new account, I already have one. It’s pretty crazy that people get emotional at their place of work when you’re in a hurry and just being direct. I had a Lyft waiting and y’all were taking forever. Not everyone has an attitude just because you think they do. I had a ride accumulating interest and y’all are moving slower than molasses in the winter. I don’t need another account, I need to get my stuff and get out… I don’t have time for y’all’s misconstrued emotional perspectives. I don’t even know why I go to you guys honestly… if it’s not one thing it’s another. Pick a state or location I guarantee they will wholeheartedly disappoint you eventually. I would even go as far as to say, just stay away from these guys. Not only will you save yourself a headache but you will also preserve your time and energy and that’s something money cannot buy. Got a BOGO deal on entire store. Fast service. Great product line up with fresh harvest dates. Some dispos only have sales bc they have old products etc. They had top shelf and top of the line for a great price. Trulieve always delivers. – Tyler W
