This was my 3rd time visiting Ponderosa Dispensary and definitely my best experience yet thanks to Lia! She gave amazing customer service from start to finish and really took the time to help me. She brought the rewards program to my attention and explained everything so clearly, which I really appreciated because I had no idea how many benefits I was missing out on. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. Employees like Lia are the reason people come back. Long time customer, keep coming back because the prices and quality are just too good to go else where! Their house brand is up there with pretty well known and respected brands in terms of quality and the price is always better! All that said this is also a shoutout to the gentleman they had slinging a Ponderosa sign around on Fry and the 101 he was absolutely amazing! Had some serious sign slinging skills and was doing it with a big ol smile on his face! Amazing store.n That not only has everything you could possibly want, but educate you a little bit with descriptions on what everything is. And the most friendly staff and helpful, and they just make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Everything is so easy and fast and simple And the quality is top-notch, period. found this place from the most talented sign spinner (unsure of the official job title) i have ever seen. he caught my eye on frye road with a one handed cartwheel & a sign that said “Ponderosa Dispensary” & i was so impressed with his work i had to stop in. once i arrived i was served by Alexia, & she was so so kind & knowledgeable even with my million questions as i’ve never been in before. to whoever’s in charge- get them both a raise!! i’ll be recommending this place to anyone & everyone from now on. great service!! – Allie Tourin
