D2 Dispensary - Oracle Rd

I have been here several times and normally have a mostly good experience. But today I took my mom and the gentleman was very rude to me. I was not aware I could not go with her to the med line. That's fine if she needs to be up there by herself cool. He snapped and me and told me I need to go away. I was so stunned by this. He could have just been hey for privacy reasons or rules or the law she has to be alone. Cool. I hate to feel like a Karen and leave a bad review. I've been in customer service for many years. I don't want anything from this company and I don't want anything bad to happen to this employee. Maybe he was having a bad day. He seemed so nice to the people in front of us. But whatever. There are so many better dispensaries in the area. JARS is way better 🤷🏼‍♀️. And they are nice. – Julia M

Very friendly and helpful. He was very thorough in finding a great selection for me to choose from based on what I asked for. I'm extremely happy with the product! It's very fresh, which I am so happy about. Most of what I was getting elsewhere was about a year old and very dry. I highly recommend this place! Edited for clarity. – Nicole H

I'd give the service zero stars if possible. Dump a customers order no contact just not a very competent staff at this location won't be coming back. Staff could have readily solved issue with a simple for your inconvenience we'd like to offer you a free preroll anything other than "yeah we tried to contact you so uhh yeah" instead you lost a sale and a customer. – Justin Martin

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful got me exactly what I wanted needed quickly and had a good selection. added to that they have a drive-thru I highly recommend this place over others. – phillip blanchette
