Usually a great experience. Instead of being helped according to my place in line, I was purposefully ignored and removed from que by sales person Marissa. As a long and loyal customer, and sales person myself, I expect accountability to be held. Thank you to the amazing staff member at the express counter for stepping up, letting me know I was removed and helping me with my purchase. I've been to many of the so far locations, but this one has to be my favorite from the people to the weed.Everything is top, notch and top tier. Victor,gmo,gaffy,and David plus many other truly make coming to this location worth it. They always have cool suggestions and not that it's their job but they actually care about me as a person and I appreciate being checked on and asked how im doing. I’ll never come back to this Sol. The manager is incompetent, Katelynn. I think corporate should consider coming in and seeing how she handles escalated situations. She’s definitely not suited for this job. – Samantha Barke
