Sol Flower Dispensary North Tucson

I wanted to shout out Cassie and Kate at the North Tucson Location! I had a few issues at another location but with them directing their full attention to my issue, they ultimately solved my problem and got me my bud I was looking for! Both Cassie and Kate were personable, able to share a laugh in a serious conversation keeping the tone friendly and professional! Thank you both for helping me out! – Justin

Stopped by this location a day or two ago. Just looked at the dates on the cart I purchased. I get it was on a sale, but to sell something that is almost a year and a half old, is wild. I will not be back to this dispensary. Check your product, before leaving if you choose to buy here. – matthew

First and last time I will be visiting this shop. Had a special running. Did not honor it. Upsold me to a more expensive. Made sure that the cost was every last dollar I had and then had the gaul to ask for a tip. Semi jokingly I did mention and asked if there was a first-time discount. I was told yes but not for me. With lack of service like this, I will not be recommending Sol to anyone. Message received. I will go somewhere else next time. – Thomas McCoy

The worst experience I ever had a dispensary. I live an hour away so I always order online so they don't sell out and mainly so I know exactly, EXACTLY, how much I'll need to bring, since im on a very tight budget but need my smoke to help. I placed my online order to get my $30 off of $60. Came in with the exact amount the final order price the website told me, when I got to the bud tender to pay. All of a sudden an added $7 in taxes to my total added. I am high functioning autistic and have ADHD. This completely messed me up. I ended up only getting two shitty ass cartridges that don't even give you hardly any smoke, was supposed to have a whold bunch of stuff to help me and my grandmother, than they cancel my second time deal so I lost out on everything. If I wasn't autistic and could think better I would of just went five minutes down the road to curaleaf where I always go. So much freaking better there. Prices are always the honest total online. Worst freaking experience ever. Never going back there again! – J.D D

Sol used to be the best. Don’t know what happened. Now they promote misuse of products. I went and bought some cartridges and one didn’t work. I returned it and they told me there was a paper hidden in the corner that says you have 3 days to return it. Which who smokes 5 grams in 3 days. Instead of the manager exchanging it for me one time for not knowing their policies I was told to reach out to the vendor. Again who smokes that much they want you to overdose or rip you off. It’s not our fault they don’t work. Other dispensers give you at least a week which is better than 3 days. Very sad to see the best go down for greed. – miguel hernandez
