STAY AWAY. This used to be a good company. The last 2 times I was there the service SUCKED. The previous time I was there for curbside pickup. After notifying them I was outside, I waited 15 minutes and no one came out. I then called them. The girl who answered told me she hadn't checked to see if anyone was waiting for curbside PU in a while, but would be right out. This time I was denied their Monday senior discount. When I asked them why, they responded with a real snotty attitude, that the item I bought was on sale and that is the only discount I was getting. When I replied that I have always gotten the senior discount whether or not the item was on sale. He replied, you got 1 discount so the senior discount does not apply. WHAT A RIP OFF. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Below is my formal response to their feedback on my review: Your reply falsely stated that you don't offer curbside service or a Monday senior deal. Both of those statements are completely false. As shown in the attached Liar1.jpg, "20% OFF Senior Day" is listed as a Monday promotion. Additionally, Liar2.jpg clearly shows that "Pickup (Curbside)" is available as a checkout option. So maybe if you and your staff stopped smoking what you sell you would know what your website says. I was treated poorly on my last two visits, and your reply to my review was untruthful. With customer service like this, it's hard to see why anyone would choose your business. – RB ofAZ
Ordered a delivery order around 8pm thinking it would arrive. Delivery time on website says 60-120min wait on delivery. They close at 10. Im typing this at 11pm. No one called saying it was on the way or if it was canceled. Some heads up would be nice so I know not to wait up for a paid delivery that won't come. Now I show up at opening and they tell me that my order was canceled and they never notified me. It showed as ready for delivery when they reviewed the order. – Tyler Jones
