I would have given Botanica 5 stars because they're very friendly and the store is beautiful. But once you order on the floor, they pack your order up in the back (out of view) and then hand it to you in a sealed pouch. I opened the pouch when I got home, and they had given me the wrong product. I recommend you check the bag they give you before you leave. @Botanica, consider letting customers inspect their order before you seal the bag. – Elizabeth Linstrom

From grower variety to quality strain selection, BOTANICA always has at least 5 top shelf strains from 3 different growers at any given time. SONORAN ROOTS is the king of classic strains(SOUR DIESEL, MANDARIN COOKIES, OG KUSH). SHANGO is a grower based out of Oregon that brings that northwest heavy hit(MODIFIED BANANA, FROSTED DONUTS, SOUR GARLIC COOKIES). Make sure you smoke the in-house BOTANICA grown weed! The terpene profile of the in-house strains have an immediate potency factor and the smoke is a smooth, clean, and flavorful finish! Best dispensary grown weed I know of in all of Arizona! Oh also, if my dog could could leave a review it’s his favorite weed too 😂 BOTANICA is the ONLY cannabis connoisseur club in Tucson!!! The location is 2 seconds off the highway and parking is easy. The vibe of the shop floor is warm, welcoming, and relaxing down to the music. Every employee is positive, upbeat, and genuinely looks like they enjoy their careers. The high end interior design and feng shui of the space makes you feel like you are in a café instead of a high security glass panel pot store…. Checkout and payment is stress free and there are ZERO LINES! There’s even an outdoor pickup window. HIGHLY ADVISE that you request Brian if you want the best bud-tender advice as he is the resident O.G. stoner of the shop and he is always smoking the most current inventory on display so he can pass along his genuine analysis of each strain and he has yet to steer us wrong! The marijuana flower selection is unparalleled in terms of freshness and variety. Botanica is constantly rotating the best growers and the best strains through their 40+ display cases every few days. Botanica is one of the only dispensaries in the state of Arizona that has a steady supply of DIAMONDS on a regular basis. The entire supply of cartridges, edibles, and THC products are obviously hand picked and the respect and appreciation for quality really translates to the overall experience. This store is the best, however Im told another company bought them out and will be removing the best part of the store, the lil showroom window boxes, biggest mistake this new company is going to make, they will see by the drop in customers because we already will not be returning once the new company takes over, I believe its called Jars, we went to one in vegas and give it a – 10 sonetimes things are left better the way they are 😔 – darryl garcia

I really wanted to leave a good review, but this establishment does not deserve it. I walked in without any welcome, only ID purposes. The staff looked busy; I saw they were asking for help from the managers. The managers refused, went to the back and had the staff deal with the rush. I can also say, as I was asking questions about my order-they do not know how to explain themselves or the products that they sell. It seemed like they were drowning rushing people out instead. I thought this dispensary was the most fanciest in town with the best guest service? guess not! – alexandra michelle

This was a weed experience all should see at least once…it is an eclectic, knowledgeable artistic store. No pics of the store however the surroundings are majestic – andrea campbell
