Love this place. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Especially Bianca and the (older lady) forget her name but she is amazing! Always love the recommendation they make. The manager Big D is awesome too – salina joos
Hana was really great. Staff was always awesome to talk to. Their website was amazing and up to date all the time. Now I can't even go on a their website at all. It hasn't been working at all and I tried it a few times over the past week. Prices have gone up quiet a bit too now. Turned a good company into not so good one. Hopefully things improve but if not I'll be traveling to Tucson which sucks cause this place is 6 minutes from home. Please do better and return prices back to normal. So far not a fan of the Jars takeover – Chad O
I just started to visit this spot and I gotta say customer service is fast AND efficient. I want to give a shoutout particularly to Marcel— First and foremost, Marcel listened to everything I had to say and listened to what I was looking for. So Marcel literally pulled up several options for me, let me observe them and I was beyond happy with what I left with. Fire product, fire price, excellent interaction. Love the staff. Marcel was great in helping me find what I needed, even when I didn't know the actual terms for it was. It was just my second time coming in but they've since joined the JARS group and while I'm happy to see all the new varieties, I was sad to see my loyalty points got lost in the sauce so hoping that can be resolved soon. 🙏🏽 – Yesenia Ceja
New name – new paint same bad management. Shopped Friday- I am a regular. At the door I was informed my order wasn’t ready – I said I received my ready pick up text – then manger yelled at me by NAME in room full of customers that they were very busy: my response I was stating a fact that I received a text 2 hours earlier: she yelled again-said they would get to me when it was my turn. (was she trying to embarrass me – haha takes more than that ) 15 minutes later I am called go back there are 5 bud tenders just standing a registers with no customers- yet 25 plus people in the waiting area ( WOW – really bad optics) . They are calling people one at time with full room of budtenders just waiting. Now I am sure they will write a response I was wrong – but y’all should check the cameras and tell me I am wrong: that waiting area had a boatload of really angry folks -you could see the look of disappointment on their faces -with no leader to communicate clearly and direct traffic to insure customer service it was a free fall…Really bad here … sad for our community we deserve much better. It was very rude to be called out by name in front of others I was so hopeful when Hana was replaced- now it’s just gone from bad to worst. – joe Saunders
