Thanks for ruining my birthday Drove 50 miles Been a good paying customer for 7 years. No more The person who said the one lady is mean to old people. Spot on. If you're over 55, go somewhere else where they respect elders. And the condescending tone of the response proves this out. Got to have a bar code from the government to get served but anyone from anywhere who has no ID can vote What a world. What hypocrites What jerks. And I spent a lot of money over 7 years at Jars because of the deals. You should work on customer service I'm just not shocked – Kenny G

First time shopping here. I had looked online and seen they had a holiday bundle, which was the main reason I went. When I got out there they had subbed some of the stuff in the bundle (plain chocolate bars and a few other items I think) with products containing wheat which I can’t eat due to allergy. I was super bummed I couldn’t get the bundle which seemed like a great deal. There were a few other products I wanted that were on their website (as being on sale) that they didn’t have in the store. I was able to still get a great deal on RSO which I use for stage IV cancer pain. My bud tender Stephen V. was a very kind, professional, and compassionate guy. He was patient as I asked a few questions about different products. Stephen made the overall experience good. If I go back I may try their online ordering system, perhaps that would show their out of stocks during the ordering process, potentially saving me drive time and gas if they don’t actually carry or have said items in stock. I was excited that they package everything in the large ziplock style bags, as no other store in this area uses those. I feel like those better quality zip bags give an extra level of freshness and protection to the products, while reducing smell. I actually keep my products in them at home. Kudos to Jars for using those bags and for employing friendly, knowledgeable folks like Stephen. – M Taylor

Very disappointing experience at this dispensary and will never go back. Went online and checked the store out the night before. Found a deal for $65 oz plus tax. When I got into the dispensary the next day, I asked the Budtender what deals they have on ounces she pulled some half ounces (they don't carry full ounces you have to buy 2 half's) and starts pricing them out and they are all almost $100. I asked about the $65 ounces I saw online and she said they didn't have anything like that. I explained I found the deal on their website and in her state of confusion she turned and asked an gentleman the was sticking shelves ( I assume the manager) and he say no we don't have any deals like that. So I buy something I didn't want really instead (after smoking it I really don't like it) and paid and left. When we got back out to our car, (I left my phone in the car) I get back in the car and get back in my phone to see if the deal still existed, and it did. So I went back into the store to show them what I was talking about. And everyone just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Now I have been to dispensaries all across this country and this was buy far the worst experience I've ever encountered! – Toryus Thompson

Met with Joel yesterday, he was a fantastic budtender. I told him my needs and he really hooked me up good. Sent me home with the rosin fruit chews and I slept like a baby…We have been in 10 states this year and Yuma JARS is head and shoulders above the rest…Thank You Joel, we will be seeing you real soon. – Glitch

Best experience in my opinion! Staff is always on point. Their knowledge is outstanding when it comes to their products and what works best for you as the customer.
