Kinda sucks leaving this low of a review especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years. Bought a .85 cartridge and notice I was short on oil (looks like a half gram) keep in mind I’ve spent plenty on cartridges and know what a .85 cart should look like compared to a full gram or even a half. I asked the counter if they could check for me and they got the manager, he says that what ever is in the cartridge is how the come depending on the brand. I’ve come to this location 3 to 4 times already and I’ve been impressed every single time. I have been a dedicated customer to Nuwu downtown by Fremont Ever since they were built and even changed buildings, but the drive-through’s take 20 to 30 minutes sometimes and I live by Stephanie in 215 and I would still drive all the way down there to get my stuff but now I am dedicated to this place, their prices are great. Their deals are great. The reward system is great. The customer service is great and the curbside was the best experience I’ve ever had. There was about maybe six or seven of us. The lady came out and grabbed everybody’s IDs or money. I paid online. I wasn’t even there five minutes and this and the lady came out and we all got our stuff. I felt bad for not tipping. I didn’t have any cash, but I will definitely tip for a fast convenient service like this. I’m a on the go type person And with product and speedy fast service and customer service on top, you guys have my business for life thank you for this team of people and thank you for this location – K Stone
