From the moment my husband and I arrived, Tessa greeted us with such genuine warmth and professionalism that we immediately felt welcomed. She was remarkably polite and attentive, taking the time to ensure we were comfortable and well informed throughout our visit. What impressed us most was her depth of knowledge. Tessa didn’t simply recommend products—she thoughtfully explained each option, sharing detailed information with clarity and confidence. It was evident that she truly understands what she offers, and her ability to communicate it so articulately was genuinely refreshing. My husband and I found ourselves quite amazed by how intelligent, poised, and well-spoken she was. She also introduced us to several additional products we hadn’t even considered, all while remaining patient and gracious. It never felt like a sales pitch—rather, it felt like receiving guidance from someone who genuinely cares about helping her customers make the best choice. We left feeling both impressed and grateful for the experience. Tessa is absolutely wonderful, and I will certainly be returning. Tessa is absolutely amazing and so kind and friendly. I was having a really rough day and her beautiful energy completely changed that and made my whole night!! You can tell she is a beautiful, bubbly girl inside and out and exactly who you want giving customer service. She was knowledgeable and even warned me one of the bags I was getting tends to be a little dry and offered something else in place if that was a problem for me, which is something no one else has done yet. I loved her and yall should be so proud and grateful she is one of your amazing budtenders💗 I wanted to leave two seperate reviews for two of your budtenders but couldn’t figure how to make another so I’m adding here. Tony also was the man, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me to understand some of the specific terpenes I want to look for as I smoke to help me sleep. He broke it down and helps me to pick and define which strains would be best for future purchases. Tony is one of a kind. Yesterday’s transaction led me up to this : Tony consistently demonstrates a high level of intelligence, patience, and professionalism in every interaction I’ve seen. His approach is a calm and his thoughtful demeanor that builds trust and confidence ( or at least it did with me ). He has developed customer service skills ensure that concerns are resolved efficiently while making each customer feel genuinely heard and valued. I’ve been coming here for along time and I could tell you I don’t like to get served unless it’s him or someone he says he trusts. Sad to say but if he goes one day I’ll be following !
