Thank you Nevada Made, you reached out and corrected the issue I had posted below. I appreciate the ownership. *My previous review which was a 3/5 star* Usually a great shop but today our order was missing a pre-roll and the staff said we must've opened it and dropped it. We definitely didn't drop it and returned almost right away to let them know they had made an error. Staff offered a replacement that was lower in quality and the opposite of the strain I had ordered originally. I cannot use this strain and I am very upset as we have never caused any issues in the past and had expected them to own up to their mistakes instead of gaslighting us. – Sabrina Morris

Really the only thing that this place has the offer is its convenience as it’s 24/7 and also has a drive-through other than that you’re basically paying for the convenience. The website is lacking information as it doesn’t disclose that if you use a debit card, it adds a $3.75 charge. They gladly let you know at the window once you’re already there and you’ve already waited in line but they won’t disclose that to you while you’re placing the order I thought it was too good to be true and it was just like every other location cash is king don’t show up with a debit card unless you wanna pay almost an extra five dollar fee didn’t know that this was a casino and I was using their ATM. Hopefully they can disclose this in the future which I know they won’t and for it being my first time visiting I heard nothing about a first-time patient deal. I don’t know if it was failed to be told to me or this location is so cheap. They don’t even provide that, but that is today’s modern business when it comes quote on quote medicine. – Devyn Kloeber

I call this dispensary the desperate dispensary and that says a lot considering I only live three blocks away I don't normally write reviews but I've had enough negative experiences at this place that I'm finally going to do it and it makes me really sad cuz they even have friends that work there but at the end of the day this needs to be addressed the management skills at this place are just down the drain you don't know how many times I've driven down there to get a deal that's been posted on their website just to be told that it was a mistake it's not happening they've sold out it's a small dispensary with clearly enough staff but we can't track what inventory we have or make sure the deals they post on the website are actually going through even today I got stuck waiting in line at the drive-thru for 35 minutes to be told after they accepted my order that they don't have it why you would accept an order you don't have I'm very unaware but again poor management skills then I wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes and again no apologies no we're going to work on fixing this it's always just oh it didn't work out in your favor and wasted an hour of your time that's awesome cuz it affected you not us anyway have a good one again I know how these reviews work I'm just going to be another one-star review along with the rest but I'm really hoping that someone on the management side of things actually sees this review and decides to make some changes cuz spending 50 minutes at a dispensary just to be told that we confirmed an order we can't even fulfill is kind of annoying especially when you have to wait in two different lines and this isn't even my first instance I have tons of horror stories like I said in the beginning of this rant / review I called them the desperate dispensary Because unless you're 100% completely desperate I really don't recommend you shop here there are plenty of the dispensaries within a 2 to 3 Mi radius with much better deals much better customer service and much better management skills – HOT-BOX HAPPY

The staff here is so kind I’ve had great experiences with the staff. Thank goodness for being 24hrs & I love to support Nevada businesses. Kayla is a gem very kind & sweet. Our interactions are always pleasant I enjoyed meeting her as a bud tender :) – Perchishha ._.

Never again. Worst experience ever. You would think a business that deals mostly with cash would have a bill counter. Paid for my order with 54 dollar bills. The "bud tender" had me wait by the counter while he hand counted and placed all the dollar bills face up. He then marked each bill with a marker to ensure they were not counterfeit. Picked up all the bills and proceeded to line them up on the counter and count them again. He would not let me leave his area to shop and insisted I stay close and watch while he took forever counting over and over again. It was beyond ridiculous. I won't be back. He was very rude and seemed put out that he had to count money in a business that deals with counting money. – frank rosati
