Total 180° turnaround. I was originally disappointed — pre-orders not being honored, high-THC products (30%–37%) getting sold out from under me, and limited availability. It didn’t feel fair. That has completely changed. The staff is incredible. Friendly, accountable, and genuinely community-focused. Every issue I had has been addressed and remedied.
