I’ve been a loyal customer at Thrive Dispensary, always paying exact cash to avoid card fees. On my last visit, the online price was $43.50. I paid exactly $43.50 at the drive-through, but when I checked the receipt, it had been rounded up to $45. I received no change back. When I went inside, both an agent and manager said they’ve been rounding up. However, that was never communicated beforehand. What’s more, the budtender that day had an attitude from the start. I’m used to staff who know me and my order, and I can’t help but feel the rounding was tied to that interaction. Fairness should be consistent. If rounding is happening, it needs to be transparent, and no customer should feel like their total depends on who’s behind the counter. I hope Thrive addresses this. – Grace Lemoa

This is the best dispensary I go to frequently! The drive through is incredibly convenient and timely. Alex was fantastic at the window, he helps us every time and has a careful eye for when our discounts aren't applying- he always makes sure we get the best value and is really friendly too! The store has great products, but only one issue. Usually when I go to most dispensaries, they communicate and ask if you want to round up. This time went in today around 1:15am for online pickup, she never asked or anything if I wanted to round up just added it herself. Next time at least communicate and ask, and I would love to know where the 15 cent donation going towards like most do, but they don’t.. they just take it. – Ajp. Poetry
I love this place! The employees are well trained and always helpful! My last visit, I was referred around the corner of the building to the smoke shop. What a great little store with a wonderful owner. I'll definitely be back! All kinds of pipes and accessories. Good prices. – Retired RN
