Having people stockpile points for YEARS only to have them taken away and added to a new (much worse!) points system is complete BS. I have been a loyal customer since you first opened up and this is how you treat me? You are now offering a MESELY 2.5% back and have gotten rid of all other programs. Your business is failing (we all see the empty, unstocked shelves and the few remaining employees who are unhappy) and your big, bright idea was to rip off your loyal customers? Shame on you.
