Horrible went after shopping since they opened didnt realize I got something else that is not a vape cart. turned right around and went in and was denied a return. asked to speak with a manger she refused and was rude with me. I spent alot of money here and many years. They have no lost my support. Will never return here. but previous workers told me if it was unopened I could return it. Silver Sage in my opinion is the best dispensary! 1st they have a good variety for whatever "your" price is, 2nd the turpentine are always good, I do my homework before I go to Silver Sage, so I know what I want. 3rd I love ❤️ the car pickup service because I don't even have to get out my car. I've been to others… but Silver Sage has it all, meaning every one of there employees are the best in town alongside the product!! 💯👏 – Trena Cunningham

At first, I thought this was a great family owned business with that real family feel when you walk in. However, by far the worst dispensary in Las Vegas. When I got to the counter, the guy with long black hair was the tender and he was the laziest person I’ve ever dealt with. He didn’t want to show any of the flower, he didn’t want to look up the terpines on the flower for me, then when I handed him my check out bag (we get points for bringing our own bag) he takes it and throws it away right in front of me. So as I’m checking out, I asked for a manager to come over and started to tell her exactly what was going on and how I was unsatisfied with the service I was getting, the guy with long black hair interjects our conversation to threaten me and say “You’re lucky I don’t come from behind this counter!” So we get into an argument, security comes over and de-escalates the situation and then lets me know that maybe he’s having a bad day and just to let it go and all will be fine. Mind you ALL OF THIS IS ON CAMERA. And the store was full of customers as witnesses. So I let it go, then I went back to the store several weeks later to find out that I’ve been banned from their store yet the employee was still working there! I spoke to manager and he informed me that he would get it fixed and his employee was wrong and he told me he would give me a call the next day. Well that call never came, I’m still banned and this disrespectful employee who threatened me is still working for them. TOO MANY OTHER FRIENDLY DISPENSARIES IN TOWN TO DEAL WITH THAT NONSENSE. So myself and ALL of my fraternal brothers that go there will no longer do business with them. – Sir Talib – Master of the Kraft

It's the one I like best out of any other for sure. Im to happy to even recognize or care for a worker being rude nor have I had a bad experience with there workers, including the the handsome security man that others mention in reviews. When cannabis was first legalized in Las Vegas, I wouldn't go to any other dispensaries but silver sage. I loved the location, the people and the products. Then, one day I didn't feel very welcome there as they started helping someone behind me before me. I didn't go to silver sage for a few years, as I don't like to feel unwanted. A month or so ago, I was looking for dabwoods products and silver sage carries it. I started buying from them again and it has been delightful. The people are friendly (the security guard,not so much), the price is a little higher, but I don't care, as long as they have what I am looking for. last Monday I went ahead and bought 2 dabwoods vapes. The first one was just the same as my other dabwoods vapes, perfect, but the second one did not work right. Still had batteries lighting up, smoking, but no cannabis product coming out, and the level of wax wasn't going down. I stopped at silver sage and thought was going to be a simple exchange but instead, I had to sit and wait for the manager to come back from lunch just to tell me, they won't replace any products unless the battery is not working. She offered me a 0.3 gr of a cheap vape that doesn't even do anything. Now, why would I bring a full vape back and say it's not working, and all I wanted was to exchange it for the exact same thing, unless it's really not working? It's not like I wanted extra stuff or money back, just an exchange. I was a little wary of giving silver sage a second chance, now I definitely remember why. Very disappointed. – Ally Pegoretti
