Cultivate Las Vegas Dispensary

Been going here for quite some time. They advertised a buy 1 get 1 special for their Pressure Brand disposable pens in their app. The driver called to confirm the delivery. He relayed a price that didn’t reflect the discount. When I asked about the difference his answer was, “Yeeaaah, we aren’t doing that. Do you still want it or not?” I was a bit taken aback with not only how rude he was but by the fact they were not going to honor a discount they regularly give and was CURRENTLY, AT THE TIME OF THE CALL still active in the app. His tone seemed to convey that I had somehow done something wrong and my order was unheard of. When I politely questioned further as to why they would not honor the discount STILL currently on their app AND to tell the gentleman I really didn’t appreciate his tone he hung up on me. This is the second time they’ve been extremely rude. Also the second time I’ve received horrible service. Never again, I won’t be back. There are WAAAAAAY too many other options here. – Shaun C Pulliam-Murphy

I like the store. My first time. Just moved to this side of town. I used to go to that store called Jade but I thought I’d try this store. What a big mistake !!! Bought vape pens. Didn’t try them right away…my bad! The reason why I didn’t try them right away is because I’ve been a medical marijuana patient for about 10 years now and I’ve never had any problems this whole entire time with vape pens until I came to cultivate. These vape pens I bought make me cough so bad. It’s just as painful as the pain I’m trying to relieve with the medical marijuana. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t realize that they had a three day return policy and they will not budge. It’s only been five days when I called to explain my problem and was treated very rudely. The girl said that’s why we tell you you have three days to try it. Well, nobody told me that when I bought these pens and like I said, I didn’t think I had to rush into trying them because I’ve never had a terrible problem like this with merchandise that I bought from a dispensary. I bought several and only want to return or Exchange the unused product! It was past the three days so they will not budge on their return policy. I know I’m just a number to them. I know they don’t care about me or my business or the pain I live with daily but I won’t be back. UPDATE. SO YOU WOULD THINK BY THE RESPONSE THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK WHEN I CALLED THEM BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. SO TO ADD INSULT INJURY DIDN’T NEVER EVEN BOTHER TO CALL ME BACK SO I’M STUCK WITH THEIR SUBPAR PRODUCT AND THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT MY HEALTH AND THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT MY PAIN. michelle was awesome!!!!! I was going out to get some AYCE sushi and you know I had to get some edibles and she hooked us up with some strong ones and she did NOT lie. she even explained how much to take.
