I have been a loyal customer of this dispensary for nearly two years, but unfortunately, today’s experience has ensured that I will not be returning. My husband and I both have accounts with this dispensary and visit regularly, often every other week. We have consistently supported this business, frequently tipping 10–20% on our purchases and accumulating reward points through our purchases over time. Today, my husband went in with both his ID and my ID because I was unable to come with him. Our intention was simply to redeem some of the reward points that had accumulated on my account for a complimentary pre-roll. This is something that has been allowed for us multiple times in the past without any issues. However, an employee named Mallory informed him that he could not use my points because it was against company policy. While I understand that businesses have policies, the inconsistency is what is frustrating. If this has truly always been the policy, why has it been permitted on several previous occasions? After my husband returned home and explained the situation, I went back to speak with staff directly. My concern was not the pre-roll itself, but rather the inconsistent enforcement of policies and the lack of consideration shown to long-time customers. Instead of addressing those concerns professionally, the conversation escalated, and we were ultimately banned from the store. It’s disappointing to lose a business that we supported for so long over what could have been a simple conversation. Customers deserve consistency, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience today. As a result, we will be taking our business elsewhere. (WE HAVE THE SAME ADRESS, SAME PHONE CARRIER, SAME EVERYTHING!!) Don’t buy vape cartridges here. I bought 4 different strains and there all garbage. I got 40% off for first time guest but not worth it. At best I got a little sleepy. Probably delta 9 garbage.
