Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. More than once. Their website is rarely accurate. My last and final order from them I was told that of the 14 items I ordered, only four were in stock. Of course these items were on sale and I asked when they had planned to restock. I was told by the manager that they were in the back but that they weren't going to get to actually physically restock the front for a few days. A few days? To move inventory approximately 20 ft? To top it off I very calmly asked if I could reorder the same items when they did decide to restock at the same current sale price. And I was told that was not an option. The attitude from the manager and the tone of his voice was crazy. I cannot believe the audacity to basically tell me too bad so sad, when this was 100% their screw up. They lost a customer who's average delivery order it was $300. And I was tipping the delivery people at least 30 bucks. – fuhgedabowtit

Definitely my most frequented dispensary in Vegas. Reason being, they usually have some of the better deals in town. I’m a flower guy so that usually where I’m looking to get the most bang for my buck. 45$ half oz is the main deal that I take advantage of. Lately they’ve been having this taco truck outside everyday and they usually open the truck at about 6 PM. But yeah, the dispo is on point. I had a really disappointing experience at this deep roots on Cheyenne dispensary. I purchased a vape pen that turned out to be faulty. it didn’t work properly right out of the package.it was obviously damaged you can tell by the pictures .When I went back to ask for help or a replacement, the staff member VINCE was unhelpful and unwilling to do anything about it and had an attitude from the start There was no effort to troubleshoot, exchange the product, or even offer a solution.he didn’t even take a look at my vape that is still full. What made the situation worse is that I am currently disabled and unable to walk, and there was no attempt to accommodate my situation. He told me I had to walk inside for help I was in the drive through he told me they can’t do anything. I expected at least some level of understanding or assistance, but instead I felt dismissed and unsupported and a burden Customer service should include standing behind the products you sell and treating people with basic respect, especially those with disabilities. Unfortunately, this place failed on both fronts. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you expect accountability or compassionate service – Madai Favela
