Chill environment and welcoming for folks like myself who travel alone. I was in Vegas for four days and visited Dazed! three of those days. They have entertainment available but I watched Scooby on the Cartoon Network ;) Most folks were groups of two. I always felt welcome and actually cared about. First time trying this consumption lounge, the product was good but the customer service was sketch. Be aware and prepared before you order here. First and foremost they do not explain the “regulations” of the experience as they should. AFTER ordering a bundle and it’s brought to you they tell you that you must consume everything there at your table and that you aren’t allowed to leave the building with anything you don’t completely consume. Therefore if you have a low tolerance or smoke daily don’t get a bundle. Leaving drinks unfinished is understandable but not being able to leave with pre rolls I purchased unfinished or untouched is ridiculous. Secondly and most importantly, COME WITH CASH! because they do not explain that they operate their transaction process just as they do at a dispensary. When my servers shift was over he explained that he had to close us out by pulling out cash from their handheld atm system. My bill was $65 plus a $15 dollar fee so it came out to be $70 something bucks I was prompted to pull out $80 and that I would receive my change but was only given $0.25. Be aware that they only have a small selection of chips and candies and that if you want to pop out and get food from down the hall from the restaurant that one of you will have to hang back at the table despite your tab being payed. Overall, the experience was not as I thought it would be, the energy was off from the servers to the atmosphere. Sadly I will not be returning to this particular lounge. – Latoya Graham
