My first time wondering in The Woods to buy a bag of weed, I was at the door while security looked over my drivers license, and Woody Harrelson walks in and flashes his wrist ban to enter. I thought to myself, "was that the most famous stoner in Hollywood History that just walked by the stoner who grew up in Connecticut and now lives in Reno". And the answer was YES. I entered The Woods awesome weed shop and they had all my favorite Cali growers to choose from and a section dedicated to growing under the sun OUTDOORS in the Emerald Triangle. The epicenter of growing weed on Mother Earth. And that's where I hit the jackpot. Woody's Personal Stash, Purple Papaya. A delicious euphoric Hybrid with Cannabinoids and THC levels as high as I felt chillin in the Tropical Ganja Giggle Garden at The Woods. I've returned from Reno to Hollywood several times to re up my Woody's stash. Last time I even met Woody and had an awesome talk with him about his Sun Grown weed and why it's his personal favorite strain. I ask myself, "why didn't I puff with Woody when I had the opportunity to pitch it". BY FAR, the best weed lounge in the US, and it hurts calling the Tropical Ganja Giggle Garden, a weed lounge. LA needed a new attraction for me, at 58 years old I'm over Disneyland and hiking to the Hollywood sign. – David Martin

The patio is stunning and felt like a dream- lush plants, koi pond, exotic birds. Beautifully designed with various seating areas and settings. I found the security staff to be much nicer and more helpful than the budtenders, but overall still loved our time there. – Genesis Villalobos

Beautiful ambiance and excellent customer service throughout. I genuinely appreciate that Woody and his wife, Lisa, own and operate this establishment—it adds a warm and personal touch to the overall experience. However, I would like to respectfully express a concern regarding the parrots on the premises. It appears that they may require a larger enclosure. Attempting to enjoy an elevated and relaxing atmosphere while hearing a bird vocalizing in what seems to be distress due to limited space can detract from the overall experience. Given the apparent success of the business, investing in a more spacious and suitable enclosure for birds with such a large wingspan would greatly enhance both their well-being and the ambiance of the establishment.
