First time customer. Great service and zero wait time. Large selection of flower avaliable for viewing and smelling. Budtender was great and provided excellent customer service! We went with the Black Zoap per their recommendation for a purple indica flower. – Nancy M

I had been coming to this dispensary since it first opened. I used to only buy blue dream flower from this location and really loved coming here for my express orders.. since I am no longer using flower and I’m now using a vape pen I have been encountering more issues each and every time I go in. The customer service now sucks! When I first started encountering issues with the cartridges leaking into the battery pin, I was told by a female manager to simply bring in the cartridge and they would either swap it out or give me half off on another one. Every time I went inside, she was not there so that never happened on this last occasion I went in and encountered one of the rudest customer service reps I’ve ever encountered at this dispensary. He was very offputting trying to convince me that I must be doing something wrong that is possibly causing the oil to leak into the pen. He proceeds to tell me he smokes vape pens all the time, and doesn’t use the particular kind that screw into the battery…. The more expensive ones. I don’t know if that was supposed to convince me to purchase a higher priced vape pen or not, but I ended up going back to disposables, and this will be my last visit at this location. There are plenty of other dispensaries that I can travel to spend my money and be appreciated as a customer. I don’t appreciate being pushed away like that. I just finished cleaning it again which I’ve been doing over and over.. even when it’s sitting upright it is still leaking and causing it to leak continuously. – Tracey

Another one and another one so yes, did stop through. I wanna say the place was awesome. It was great. It was just what you expect. What was cool about it, though was the fact that the computer screen flips over to the actual customer and they’re not from there I need to kind of help, but the lady was so nice and so sweet. She didn’t have no problem helping me and everything I needed I don’t remember their name but I do remember that she made sure I got what I needed. I showed up later morning to check out the 420 Celebration. I made it through the parking lot venders and made my way into the store for the first time ever. I was immediately greeted by a sweet voice and a big smile. I was told about the specials and what was going on for the day. I thanked her, smiled and went inside. The store is beautiful with many people there to help, and very knowledgeable recommendations to their customers. Shortly after that the girl that greeted me, ran up to me and handed me a ticket. She said it was for the complimentary food outside afterwards. She want well out her way to make sure I was not missing anything there. I will be back there and I will tell friends. Stopped in to discuss THC/CBD infused drinks. The place is welcoming and friendly. Sebastian was very helpful and described each of their drinks, content, and made some good recommendations. I'd definitely recommend. – Michael Virga
