The rearrange is terrible- the fact that the employees had to do it themselves on a Wednesday while customers were trying to place orders is wild- the fact that the corner that they moved the cartridges to gets the hottest in the summer so they will melt- and the flower shelf looks like it’s half empty and still being stocked. I feel bad for the way the employees that I love aren’t listened to by the upper management in the company because they brought up valid concerns, shame on you. I hope you hire and pay them overtime to rearrange it back overnight and then let them all sleep the next day and have a day off. I’ll update my review if things get better. – Peach
I have been coming to the store for years, pretty much my go to spot. I've always gotten along with everybody and have had a pretty positive experience every time. However, as of lately there is a certain individual that works in the mornings and I did not catch his name. Every time we do a pickup order he comes out like he is angry and disgusted with me and practically throws everything at me. Today I went in and he was the one that was up to serve Us in line and when he saw who I was told us that somebody else would help and for me to get back in line. Then he proceeded to start calling people around us. I'm not quite sure what I did to this individual as I don't even know who he is. With that being said, it makes my entire experience shopping here really uncomfortable and I feel it's quite disrespectful. Not sure what I could have done to a person that I don't even know or interact with but it would be more adult like to respectfully tell me what I did so I can make it right. Pretty sad that I'm going to have to stop going to my go to spot just so I don't feel uncomfortable or make someone else uncomfortable for whatever reason. – Kenny Ranger
Passive aggressive attitude from the cashiers rushing you out of the shop as quick as possible being rude as can be with no line behind me. If you don’t want to work on the holiday that’s between you are your management don’t take it out on customers. Worst experience I’ve had at a dispensary ever. Curly headed staff member has an attitude problem, threw my money at me like I was a commoner below him and didn’t want to deal with my business. Looking at other reviews, this staff member seems to work in the morning and has had other issues with people who have also left Google reviews. You should probably figure it out. It’s maybe not our fault and it is your worker who is angry with others for no reason that he’s just met. – Benji
THIS IS FOR MANAGEMENT>>> I cannot believe the conditions in this store, the showroom is 96 degrees at 8pm, not only are the employees absolutely suffering, the customers are uncomfortable, the products are 100% destabilizing like the concentrates, carts, gummy edibles, I am absolutely blown away by this. The employees should not have worked today with the inadequate air conditioning, it was on full blast, the little baby ACs they have in there, I am totally and absolutely appalled – Riley Newcomb
