Unclear refund policy for first time buyers. I went here with a friend to return a product that did not work. She called ahead a few days ago asking about the refund process and was told they can refund the product if it did not provide the desired effect that was advertised. My friend was told it was a powerful, potent effect by the budtender. Not only was there no effect, but the product itself appeared defective because it was not producing the vapor to get said effect. My friend explained this very well to the person who was there, but she had no clue and went to get the manager (I think?). The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guy was nice enough, but the policies themselves were unclear and deceptive. The budtender who sold the product was deceitful in her explanation of the product, the product did not work, and they couldn't give my friend her money back. I know several other businesses that would have better policies and return practices, this is not one of them. Rather than refunding her for the defective product, she was offered $5 off a purchase at this establishment. $5 off something originally priced at $48.00 seems insulting rather than a nice gesture. The "discount" may not even be applicable to every product they sell. The product in question was by the brand Hellavated. After checking their website for dispensaries nearby that sell their product, Kaleafa is not on there. I don't know the specifics, but a dispensary that sells a product not listed on the products official website makes me nervous. I can't speak for other locations, but this one is NOT it. Business is better given elsewhere. – John Corp
Ordered online, l like that you get a discount just by ordering online. I picked up my order in store and Sarah assisted me. She was way too coo and sweet! I was sad I didnt have change for a tip because she deserved one. I thought I'd at least do a review. Store was nice. I'd be back again. Thank you – LaShon G.

The budtenders are very friendly and well informed about their products. The selection is nice because there are possibilities for every wallet and everything is clearly labeled, making selection a fun time.
