First off, they give discounts to people who put in good reviews. So don’t believe everything you read, but this whole green planet sucks. Your staff I think are the only decent bunch out of the crew, your management sucks if you want good customer service go to La Mota. I use my ATM card here and I have 10 second tom memory and I didn’t remember getting my change back so I came back to the store and just stated that I didn’t remember getting it back and the manager Mike was super rude and was aggressive right from the get-go acting like I wanted to steal money from them or something, I left the store shaking because all I did was ask to see the cashier hand over the money on video to me just to confirm because my brain is slow. Jules was hands down the best bud tender ever! She was so clear and concise on the flavors and terpines. She was also so communicative and helped us find exactly what we needed and the display was so helpful in finding certain flavors.
