I had a amazing experience at Northwest cannabis. One of the things that made it so memorable was a bud tender named Pierce. He was very kind and patient and walked me through everything I needed to know about what to get and what fits my needs. I was a little scared walking in, but he made sure I felt very comfortable and at home. I just wanted to make sure I gave him a great shout out. – Theo Buchwald

Great menu but check your order before you leave. Last time they sent me out with the wrong dab. Today I ordered Velvet Glove, left with a bottle that said Velvet Glove. It's almost certainly Lemon Terpcicle, definitely not Velvet Glove! I know you guys have a lot of different strains, but jesus the jars are labeled! I was wrong. It just smells way different than what I got at Oregrown some months ago and I flipped cuz I was looking for gmo not lemon. I should have gone in instead of ordering online. It's on me this time. I have been trying to give Northwest my business preferentially because they have a great selection and offer deli style, but the store, despite my order being correct is kinda chaotic. You have to wait in line regardless if you ordered online or just have a question. I guess I'm just pissed at myself. I've got 3 stores closer to where I live, maybe I shouldn't branch out, I get too emotionally invested in new experiences and feel let down even though nothing really happened, I spent all my cash on something I'm less than stoked about. I guess I would recommend NWC, but do check those orders, they move fast and furious and mistakes can easily be made. One star for me, 5 for NWC! – Dallin Sutherland

I always have a great experience here, especially when Chandler helps me out. He’s super friendly, patient, and really knows his stuff. He has such a warm energy, and honestly, his smile and his eyes make the visit even better. He always makes sure I leave with exactly what I need. He’s the main reason I always come back!! He’s One of the best budtenders I’ve ever had! I know this might sound bold, but I really enjoy seeing him when I come in. Every time I go to this shop, I learn something new. Today MARS was fantastic. I'm a cancer survivor dealing with lots of physical issues now and needed something that would help me with appetite, pain, fatigue…all the things. Didn't think it could be in one product but he introduced me to tinctures. MARS was patient, respectful and I trusted his advice. We will see. I hope he took mine though too, and lit up his own Acapulco Gold that I also had to get just for nostalgias sake. Lol. Great place…never been disappointed with anyone or any purchase. Oh..there is an ATM in the store ($3) though it seems they are taking debit cards now too. Very convenient – Monica Galeana
