Absolutely fantastic shop! I went to their Woodstock location for many years, and was totally stoked to find a Gresham location after I moved! The parking lot is a little tight, but the store inside is spacious and has a wonderful check-in desk and lots and lots of selections! Bought 2 carts from here- the first one was just fine, I finished it. The second I open the last cart (brand new packaging) it’s completely drained and looks like someone smoked it and returned it to the store (how the store didn’t realize it was smoked is beyond me) I understand return policy so I called ahead and by looking up my online account (the original order receipt) he let me know I was more than welcome to bring it in and we can return and exchange. If I wasn’t told this or simply denied because of the return policy I would have no issue (that’s my problem for not opening it as soon as I got to the car). But as soon as we got to the store, we weren’t able to return and had to replace full price. If we weren’t so far away from other spots in time for closing (cause I wasn’t expecting a used cart) I wouldn’t have gotten another one . They lie about price matching. They will ONLY price match if something is full price. If another shop is offering a sale, they WILL NOT honor their price match policy. The product I wanted was $18, 30 minutes the opposite direction. Instead I drove 15 minutes to kaleafa just to be told they will not honor the price match policy, and then made to drive the now 45 minutes to another shop for the same exact product because kalefa doesn't want the sale. You wasted my entire day with your lies. They accepted my money at lovebuzz. I guess kalefa is so badly mismanaged that they cant afford to sell the same product for the same margin as lovebuzz. It makes no sense to me whatsoever. This is also going to BBB and corporate leadership. Abhorrent customer service. False advertising. Poor management. – Chris
I come in every few weeks, and the last 2 times I’ve had the pleasure of working with Zack M. This guy oozes positivity. Friendly face, and super nice with helping out in the selection process. He even offered some tips about the curbside pick up process. Great store and great people – Ryan Harrington
