One of the best shops in Gresham! Always loving coming in for there weekend deals! Came in today was helped but the lovely gentleman with long hair and a laugh you can hear for miles (Elias I think he’s name is)haha! Budtender was fed up on 7/10 at 2pm when there were like 5 customers in the store. A lot of "I don't know man" and "it's been a long day". I'd be fed up too if I had to work somewhere that can't give you a price check on weed without weighing the flower out first and only has ONE scale. This creates a line of customers and employees waiting to use the scale. Dude was irritated, customers were irritated and the total price was 20 over what it was calculated to be because he had told me a strain I was getting was the same price as the other. If I had wanted to swap it out for one that was priced right I would have had to get back in line for the scale and piss dude off more. Basically SWED.CO, have some respect for your customer's and employee's time and order another scale. While you're at it maybe don't force your employees to say "smoke weed every day" at the end of every transaction. Unbelievably tacky and poorly supplied store. 5 customers and you can't stop a scale line forming. Crazy – Involved Barnyard

Pretty lame. Bought a cart in the evening and was told their return policy is decent if only used less than 25%. Brought it home not knowing I accidentally got an indica which was not intended. Brought it back the next morning , unopened and still in the bag I bought it in. Was told the manager would not accept an EXCHANGE since it’s been over a day?!? What? That’s insane! There are dozens of dispensaries in the area and they take it back even if it’s used and clogged up. Lost a customer for literally nothing. It was an easy fix but I’ll take my business elsewhere. – Linda Wong
