Working their employees on Christmas and they're frustrated, reflecting it upon the customers that come in.. also what happened to the prices?? Half the stuff you can get next door for well under half the price for the same product (and their dabs are kept properly cool) unlike now the spot… what really happened over here? – Ty Wizdom

I recently had a pretty frustrating experience at this dispensary. From the start, the budtender seemed confused and inattentive, asking me questions I had just answered and struggling to understand my order for hybrid Yeti packs and Helevated 5-pack joints. The confusion continued at checkout, with multiple requests for my ID and date of birth, only to find out later that she hadn't given me a receipt and had charged my purchase to a random account. To top it off, I discovered she had given me the wrong product – single joint containers instead of the 5-packs I had specifically asked for. When I went back to resolve the issue, the staff couldn't find my transaction and needed supervisor approval for an exchange. After waiting, I was told the supervisor had left for the day. Eventually, another employee helped, but I had to pay an extra $3 to get the correct product, with no accommodation for the inconvenience. Overall, the experience was a mess due to inattentive service and poor handling of the transaction. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by the lack of effort to make things right, especially after a long day at work. Definitely not the relaxing dispensary visit I was hoping for! – Nayeli Rodriguez
shopped here earlier on Monday, and the woman who helped me skipped the common courtesys and quickly made me feel like this might not be the place id like to be a regular at. If your in customer service and you make someone feel unwelcome its intentional. I work hard for the money I spend here, if its too much to ask to be treated kindly….theres 3 dispensarys close by. – Ember-Wisp
